RETURNS:
We operate a strict 14 day return policy. Your items must be back with us by the 14th day. The returns period starts from the day your item is dispatched. Please make sure you include a note in your parcel stating your full name and order number so we can locate your order for the refund, without this we cannot process it.
We only accept returns or exchanges where;
- All the original labels, tags are still attached
- Not worn or damaged
- Has no makeup, fake tan or other marks on it
- Must be posted back within 14 days from receipt of the item
Once we receive your return your refund will be processed within 5-10 working days.
If we receive your item outside of this time period you will be issued a store credit for Vanilla Boutique up to 30 days after your order is placed. Any items received after 30 days will be refused.
If you return an item that has shown signs of being worn the item will be sent back to the customer at your cost and you will be invoiced for the postage fee.
Please note you can use any courier of your choice but make sure you have proof of postage to send to us to. £3 of your shipping costs will be refunded to you also. We will not refund any parcels that are damaged, lost or missing.
We will notify you by email once we've processed your return. This does not include your bank’s processing time and reimbursement will be issued via original payment method.
FAULTY ITEMS
If you receive an item that is faulty please notify us by email info@vanilla-boutique.co.uk or DM us on instagram within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please state your name and order number along with a photo of the damaged item. This will then be reviewed and someone will come back to you within 24 hours for a resolution to this problem.
